C-SAFE PROGRAM
(COLLABORATIVE SUPERVISION AND FOCUSED ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM)
C-SAFE’s focus is to make our neighborhood safer and cleaner. Working in conjunction
with the Office of the State’s Attorney, Police Department, Probation and Parole,
Department of Public Works, Baltimore Housing, and Department of Juvenile Justice, the
program addresses nuisance abatement, addiction recovery, effective policing, and youth
intervention.
Concerns regarding illegal activity regarding nuisance house abatement, code
enforcement, ex-offender programs and National Night Out are addressed through C-
SAFE public safety initiative. Neighbors are encouraged to call 410-235-6715 to report
illegal activities.
CHMCC Youth Activities & Learning Center: Homework assistance, tutoring,
computer lab, basketball, dance and chess club are some of the programs we offered free
Monday through Thursday from 2:45-6:00 pm.
Citizens on Patrol Walks: On the fourth Thursday of every month neighbors join for a
fun exercise to keep our streets safe . Times vary according to season.
Community Clean-up Days: Our community comes together once a month to keep our
neighborhood beautiful.
