Lake Montebello Disc Golf Course

Grand Opening Celebration was held on Saturday, September
17, 2011 from 1pm to 4pm

Although it was a cloudy day, CHMCC drew an enthusiastic
group of folks to the celebration. View pictures of the grand
opening events here.  At the event, the talented St. Veronica’s
Steel Drum Orchestra played, and DJ Clive shared his old
school grooves. The Druid Hill Disc Golf Club, who helped to
plan and install the course, also gave free lessons. Resident
Mr. Umoja cooked hamburgers and hot Dogs for attendees,
and CHMCC provided giveaways and prizes for the lucky
winners.
